SeleTeatroFest – The World on stage
International Theater Festival – 28th edition
3 – 6 September 2026 in Oliveto Citra (Salerno – Italy)
The 28th SeleTeatroFest will take place from 3 to 6 September 2026 at the Municipal
Auditorium ‘Sandro Rufolo’ in Oliveto Citra (SA), as part of the events of the 42nd Edition of
the ‘Premio Sele d’Oro Mezzogiorno’, organised by the Institution Sele d’Oro Prize Odv in
collaboration with the Municipality of Oliveto Citra, UILT Campania and AGITA.
The SeleTeatroFest is open to national and international professional and amateur
theatre companies representing Italian or foreign works written or published after 1 January
1970. Preference will be given, in line with the cut that distinguishes the ” Premio Sele d’Oro
– works with a social commitment or with relevance to social and contemporary human
issues;
– plays that favour different theatrical languages, limiting the use of words.
Particular attention will be paid to works performed as world premieres. Monologues are not
permitted. Performances may not exceed 60′.
