The CYTheatre online Conference 5 November 2022
The AITA/IATA CYTheatre group have put together a fascinating one-day programme, to be held on Zoom, for anyone interested or involved in theatre by young people
International speakers from the Philippines, Fredyl Hernandez; from Uganda Lilian Mbabazi; from Peru, Liliana Galvan; from Ecuador Galo Ivan Granda Sarmiento; and from Pakistan, Shoaib-Iqbal.
Edith Coen, from Belgium who is working on her Masters and interviewing amateur theatre organisations about the impact of COVID and other issues on their theatre’s young people and youth programmes, will report on her findings.
Those who sign up will be asked to pay a small fee, larger for those in UN HDI Categories 1 and 2 and smaller for those in UN HDI Categories 2 and 4. But, if you are not an AITA/IATA Member, or a member of an AITA/IATA National Centre, and you join AITA/IATA, your conference fee will be waived.
For young people, there will be free online workshops, one each in French, English and Spanish.
The programme for the day is now available (subject to change) at the links above.
