First European Congress

AGE ON STAGE

Website

Do art and culture lead to happiness in your old days?

Can theatre projects contribute to this?

What performances result from this?

A two-day international congress aims to find answers for these exciting questions, relevant in an ageing society.

What impact does participation in culture have on the happiness, health and social tissue of people ages 55 and above?

Do projects exist in which theatre plays a mayor role in an improved well-being of seniors?

And do these social projects still add an artistic value?

The congress provides intriguing insights concerning this topic, with expert speakers, movies and national and international performances.

On top of that you get the chance to meet other interesting participants, exchange ideas and network.

The AGE on stage congress is intended for

- everyone working with seniors

- everyone interested in theatre

- everyone taking care of others

- everyone concerned with cultural policy

- everyone aged 55 or above

- everyone aged 55 or below.
